FOUNDATIONS


Our Foundations Course was designed specifically for our newest members.

We’ll teach you all the basic movements so you’ll be ready to join the regular classes. We slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements and core exercises, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique, and get your body primed to join our group classes.

We understand that many people in this course may be “out of shape.” That’s why we start each member at a level they can handle and increase the difficulty when they are ready. 

Because the Foundations program is in a small-group format, the coaches have plenty of opportunity to help you work on technique and get to know your unique goals and needs.

What to expect:

  • Learn exercises that are the secret to moving like a kid again (Ever notice how incredibly flexible they are?)
  • Basic Nutrition information: Healthy food that keeps you energized all day. (Hint: It’s real food, not pills and expensive shakes)
  • Learn how to set yourself up to be in optimal health for the rest of your life — starting now
  • Start the process to lose fat, gain strength and endurance

GENESIS CLASSES


These classes are the "bread and butter" of the program (Maybe we should find a better description since that doesn't exactly fit our nutrition plan!).

The group classes focus on getting you to achieve well-rounded fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life.


And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too! Training like this gets you a lean body that is filled with energy through out the day.

Classes are held every week day. Each time you walk in, you’ll train with a small group and a coach will be leading you through each workout. We use an app and software to track all your results to ensure you are always progressing. 

PERSONAL TRAINING


Personal Training is extremely effective in reaching your fitness goals.

One of our expert coaches will work with you to help define your goals, develop a specific program and be your personal guide. Each session is designed just for you with a set of eyes on you at all times to ensure you’re getting value out of every one of those minutes. If you're up for it, we'll also give you "homework" so that you can speed up results even faster. 

NUTRITION CLASSES TRAINING


Nutrition is the base of being truly healthy and getting drastic results in the way you look and feel.

We're not a gym that pays lip service to this statement. The team of coaches not only teaches nutrition, but we ourselves follow exactly what we teach you.

We don't follow any crash diets or fads, nor do we buy expensive shakes and pills that may work temporarily, but don't provide lasting results. And they surely aren't healthy!

At various times during the year, we'll bring in experts to host seminars, put on challenges and have other events to teach and promote healthy eating.

We've also teamed with one of the leading nutritionist in the country to co-authored our ebook, Eat Good Food. You'll get the book, shopping guides and much more. 

PERSONAL NUTRITION COACH


As a member of Genesis, we're going to teach you exactly what to eat.

However, if you're looking for more accountability, a plan to hit a very specific goal or just feel you need an expert coach telling you what to do, personalized nutrition is for you. You'll be teamed with our "nutrition guru" who will create a plan on how to eat each day to achieve your goal. There will be weekly check ins to keep you on track. You'll record what you eat in a mobile app which makes it easy to track and your coach can hold you accountable.
